These mornings embrace practical and healing breath exercises, coupled with breath meditations, designed to infuse you with more energy and foster a deep connection with your inner self.
The rhythm of each inhale and exhale can shape your well-being. The ancient texts, scribed millennia ago, bear witness to breath practices employed in religious and spiritual rituals. The power of the breath is researched in the growing field of modern respiratory science. The ancient wisdom of pranayama and contemporary exploration of the influence of breathing patterns both gives us knowledge on how we can use breath exercises as tools for happiness and health.
The sessions are structured with 10-15 minutes of breath exercises harmonized with gentle movements, followed by the remainder dedicated to breathwork and meditation. Prior experience in yoga, meditation, or as a yoga instructor is required.
