Yoga Dimensions arranges courses and workshops as Yoga Therapy Training, level two trainings for kundalini yoga teachers and instructor courses in Breathwalk. Mainly in Sweden but we also offer breathwalk courses in Spain and the United Kingdom.
Yoga Dimensions work closely with Guru Dharam Singh Khalsa at Kundalini Medicine and The International School of Kundalini yoga. We also work with Gurucharan Singh Khalsa the author of ”Breathwalk: Breathing Your Way to a Revitalized Body, Mind and Spirit”.
